Prof. Dr. Erol G\u00fcng\u00f6r, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin temel referanslar\u0131ndan say\u0131lan b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerimizden biridir. Kendisi Do\u011fu-Bat\u0131 denklemini \u00e7ok iyi analiz etmi\u015f bir ayd\u0131nd\u0131r. Gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta vefat etmesine ra\u011fmen \u00e7ok say\u0131da, nitelikli eser ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Entelekt\u00fcel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini sade ve ak\u0131c\u0131 bir dil kullanarak aktarmaktad\u0131r. En \u00f6nemli eserlerinden biri olan \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Meseleleri, Hicret\u2019in on be\u015finci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131na giri\u015f senesinde yay\u0131nlanmak \u00fczere kaleme al\u0131nan, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc baz\u0131 meselelerini ele alan ancak ihtiya\u00e7 olan noktalarda eskiye ait baz\u0131 bilgi ve m\u00fc\u015fahedeleri de nakleden denemelerden meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Kitap, i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitli alt ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu, Yeni Bir D\u00fcnya, Zihnin ve Hayat\u0131n D\u00fczeni, Bocalamalar, Allah\u2019\u0131n \u0130pine Sar\u0131lmak, Ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ve Gelece\u011fin Kurucular\u0131 ve Ek b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olmak \u00fczere 6 ana b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcng\u00f6r, \u201c\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n Uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda bu \u201cuyan\u0131\u015f\u201d dedi\u011fimiz hadiseye, kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda de\u011fi\u015fik yorumlar bulunmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc do\u011fru te\u015fhis koymam\u0131z gerekti\u011finden bahsederek, bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri \u00f6zetlemektedir. Birinci g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n son y\u0131llarda kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nem baz\u0131 \u0130slam \u00fclkelerinin petrol zenginliklerine ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n birbiri ard\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc enerji krizine ba\u011fl\u0131 bir hadise oldu\u011fudur. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkeler Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilerlemesi ve n\u00fcfuzunun gitgide artmas\u0131 neticesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00fcmitsizlik ve maneviyat bozuklu\u011funa u\u011fram\u0131\u015flard\u0131. \u015eimdi petrol sayesinde medeni d\u00fcnyay\u0131 adeta dize getirince bu \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de yine Allah\u2019\u0131n l\u00fctfu olarak izah ediyorlar ve bu y\u00fczden her tarafta \u0130slami uyan\u0131\u015f hareketleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u0130kinci bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, \u0130slam uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u0130slam \u00fclkelerinde Bat\u0131 tesiriyle yerle\u015ftirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan siyasi, iktisadi ve sosyal sistemlerin, yani \u0130slam\u2019a alternatif diye g\u00f6sterilen ideolojilerin iflasla neticelenmesine ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r. \u00a0\u201cUyku ile Uyan\u0131kl\u0131k Aras\u0131nda\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda bahsedildi\u011fi \u00fczere, insanlar\u0131n dine ba\u011flanmaktan ne anlad\u0131klar\u0131 zaman ve \u015fartlara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Dine s\u0131ms\u0131k\u0131 ba\u011flanma fikrinin muhtevas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmesine kar\u015f\u0131n, dinin esas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmez; onun esas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden kaynaklar, insanlar\u0131n \u00f6zel yorumlar\u0131ndan m\u00fcstakil olarak, hi\u00e7bir de\u011fi\u015fmeye u\u011framaks\u0131z\u0131n durur. Sonras\u0131nda yazar medrese ve tekke, s\u00fcnnilik ve sufilik meselesi hakk\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemektedir: Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta bu iki tabir birbiriyle z\u0131t anlam ta\u015f\u0131yan ifadeler olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131ksalar bile, sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde medrese ve tekke bir \u00e7e\u015fit uzla\u015fmaya varm\u0131\u015f ve bu iki m\u00fcessese yan yana, hatta i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yaz\u0131n\u0131n ilerleyen b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde de medrese ve tekke yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan biraz daha detayl\u0131 olarak bahsedilmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u201cAvrupa, Hristiyanl\u0131k ve \u0130slam\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yazar, bir Bat\u0131 ve \u0130slam analizi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toynbee\u2019nin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Bat\u0131 toplumunun bir intihar hareketini temsil etti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi\u011fini, Bat\u0131 medeniyetinin yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f gayesiyle vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktan\u0131n \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemektedir. Medeniyetler do\u011far ve \u00f6l\u00fcr. \u00d6l\u00fcm devresine girerken \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r ki bunlar; hakim az\u0131nl\u0131k, d\u0131\u015f proletarya ve i\u00e7 proletaryad\u0131r. Toynbee\u2019nin bu tezi pek \u00e7ok tenkite yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve ge\u00e7en zaman i\u00e7inde cazibesinden \u00e7ok \u015fey kaybetmi\u015ftir. Fakat yazara g\u00f6re, bug\u00fcn Bat\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz teknolojik cemiyet insanlar\u0131 huzursuz k\u0131lmaya devam ettik\u00e7e, Toynbee ve onun benzeri ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n tarih tezleri daima ilgi uyand\u0131racakt\u0131r. Nitekim son zamanlarda Bat\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yeni bir silkinme ve \u015fahsiyet bulma gayretleri bize onu tekrar hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. \u0130slam hem maddi hem manevi taraf\u0131yla topyekun varl\u0131k i\u00e7in bir nizam getirirken; Hristiyanl\u0131k\u2019ta \u201c\u0130sa\u2019n\u0131n hakk\u0131 \u0130sa\u2019ya, Sezar\u2019\u0131n\u00a0 hakk\u0131 Sezar\u2019a\u201d denilerek varl\u0131k, din ve d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131 diye ikiye ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bat\u0131 medeniyetinin temel de\u011ferlerinden biri de e\u015fitlik diye bilinir ve biz e\u015fitli\u011fi Hristiyan d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda geli\u015fen demokrasinin temeli diye \u00f6\u011freniriz. Fakat Avrupa ve Hristiyanl\u0131k tarihine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, e\u015fitlik prensibi \u00fczerinde Bat\u0131\u2019daki bu \u0131srarl\u0131 duru\u015fun patolojik bir taraf\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Hristiyanl\u0131k, tarihin uzun bir devresinde, insanlar\u0131n dini hayatlar\u0131 kadar d\u00fcnya hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 da idare etmi\u015ftir. Orta\u00e7a\u011f\u2019da iktisadi hayat kilisenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemezdi, nitekim kilise bug\u00fcn de Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kapitalistlerinden birisidir. Protestanl\u0131k, yahut reform hareketlerinin Avrupa Hristiyan d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda vicdan h\u00fcrriyeti, ferdi haklar, laiklik vs. gibi konularda Katolik kilisesinin koydu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ortadan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve bunun b\u00f6ylece bir \u00e7e\u015fit kurtulu\u015f oldu\u011fu fikri bizim memleketimizde de \u00e7ok yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir fikir haline gelmi\u015ftir. K\u0131sacas\u0131, Bat\u0131 medeniyetinin temellerinden olarak bilinen ve Hristiyanl\u0131ktan geldi\u011fi iddia edilen \u201ce\u015fitlik\u201d Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n ancak belli bir d\u00f6neminde ve belki Hristiyanl\u0131\u011fa ra\u011fmen ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130kinci olarak \u0130slam ve Hristiyan medeniyetleri aras\u0131ndaki as\u0131l \u00f6nemli fark Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n laik, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n da hem d\u00fcnyevi hem uhrevi i\u015flerle u\u011fra\u015fmas\u0131ndan ileri gelmemektedir.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201c\u0130slam Felsefesine Bak\u0131\u015f\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle Bat\u0131 felsefesinin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7ten bahseden yazar daha sonra \u0130slam felsefesine ge\u00e7mektedir. Bilgi ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcrl\u00fcd\u00fcr: teorik bilgi, duyu organlar\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla edinilen bilgi, sezgi ile bilinenler. \u0130slam, realiteyi hem teorik kavramlar, hem de sezgiye dayanan kavramlar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla anlayabilece\u011fimizi kabul etmektedir. \u0130slam\u2019da ilim gelene\u011fi Kur\u2019an ve hadislerden sonra \u0130slam medeniyetinin ilk parlak devirlerinde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ilim hareketleriyle peki\u015fmi\u015f, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ilimde ilerlemeleri onlar\u0131n kendilerinden \u00f6nceki medeniyetlerin ilim gelene\u011fini de tevar\u00fcs etmeleri sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur. \u0130slam medeniyetinin hem Aristocu ilim ve felsefe gelene\u011fine, hem klasik \u015eark d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine miras\u00e7\u0131 olarak geli\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131 onun en b\u00fcy\u00fck avantajlar\u0131ndan birini te\u015fkil etmektedir, ki b\u00f6yle bir sentezin g\u00fczelli\u011fini Gazzali\u2019de g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bug\u00fcn \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n makinele\u015fmeye kar\u015f\u0131 getirece\u011fi \u00e7are teknolojiyi reddetmek de\u011fil, onu daha y\u00fcksek bir de\u011fer sisteminin emrine vermek olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Modern insan\u0131n \u0131zd\u0131raplar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcslemek i\u00e7in kullanabilece\u011fi bir izah sistemi bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Birtak\u0131m sorulara modernizm ancak \u015fu cevab\u0131 vermektedir: \u0130nsan\u0131n isteklerine hudut yoktur; insan kendine haz veren \u015feyleri elde etmek ve elem verenlerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r; en mutlu insan istediklerinin en \u00e7o\u011funa sahip olan insand\u0131r. Yani modernizm hem \u0131zd\u0131rap getiriyor, hem de ona katlanma g\u00fcc\u00fc sa\u011flayacak bir ideoloji vermekten aciz kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u0130slam Hukuku Meseleleri\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ge\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00fczere, bug\u00fcn \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli meselelerinden biri de hem \u0130slam\u2019a, hem modern hayata uygun bir hukuk sisteminin kurulmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130slam hukuku Kur\u2019an, Hadis, k\u0131yas ve icma olmak \u00fczere d\u00f6rt unsura dayanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130slam hukuku \u0130slamiyet\u2019in kutsal kaynaklar\u0131na dayan\u0131r, fakat bu dayanman\u0131n mahiyeti yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u00fczerinde Bat\u0131 kanunlar\u0131n\u0131n tatbiki ilk defa \u0130ngiliz i\u015fgalindeki Hindistan\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u0130slam devletlerine Avrupa hukukunun ilk giri\u015fi ise ilk defa Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nda 1850 tarihli Ticaret Kanununun ve 1858 tarihli Ceza Kanununun konmas\u0131yla ba\u015flar. \u0130slam hukukunun yeni ihtiya\u00e7lara cevap veremedi\u011fi \u00e7a\u011flar, \u0130slam cemiyetinin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak Bat\u0131\u2019daki geli\u015fmelere ayak uyduramad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Yazar, \u201cEdebiyat ve Din\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u0130slami edebiyat denince \u00e7ok kimsenin akl\u0131na \u0130slam tarihinin olaylar\u0131n\u0131 ve insanlar\u0131n\u0131 ele alan edebiyat eserleri, veya din konular\u0131nda e\u011fitici, \u00f6\u011fretici eserler geldi\u011finden bahsetmektedir. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz, Peygamberimizin ve bir din ulusunun hayat\u0131n\u0131 anlatan bir roman da \u0130slami edebiyat i\u00e7ine girer; ancak \u0130slamiyet kitaplarda okunan de\u011fil, ya\u015fanan bir hakikat oldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131ymet kazanacakt\u0131r. Biz onu bir sahabenin, bir velinin veya ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki herhangi bir kahraman\u0131n hayat\u0131ndan ziyade kendi hayat\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00f6rmeliyiz. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn insan\u0131 bug\u00fcn\u00fcn problemleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u0130slam\u2019la y\u00fcz y\u00fcze gelmelidir. Klasik ahlak kitaplar\u0131yla romanlarda i\u015flenen ahlak temalar\u0131n\u0131n birbirinden farkl\u0131 tesir g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip olmalar\u0131n\u0131n sebebi budur.<\/p>\n
